Vendor space is limited and on a first come first serve basis. However, we do screen our applicants to insure the products and services vended are in harmony with the festival. The theme of this year's festival is "Raising the Collective Consciousness". The festival is August 17 - 19, providing three days of vending.

Set Up
Vendor Space Set up is on Thursday, August 16th, anytime, or Friday morning, August 17th, before 11am. Vendors should have a canopy properly weighted with a minimum of 200 lbs. Canopies will be installed on the perimeter of a large vendor tent, on an interior area inside the tent down the center isle as marked, or toward the entrance of the tent in designated areas. We will work to accommodate your needs to make your vendor space work for you. Please remember that each site adds to the overall participant experience and to the spirit of the event, so use your creativity in designing a vendor space that really stands out. Volunteers will be available, if needed, to assist you in unloading your vehicle. If you indicate a need for electricity on your application, a 40’ outdoor UL listed extension cord is required.
You will be responsible for your own booth set-up in regards to health and safety. One 8’ table and two chairs will be provided. Additional ones are available at $10 per table and $3 per chair. If you need more, please let us know by August 5th. It is highly recommended that you arrive as early as possible for set up. A location diagram will be provided upon arrival. After you set up, please register at the Welcome Booth. You are welcome to collect information, distribute written materials, and sell items at your booth. Please help to maintain a low noise level during the festival, when appropriate, as not to disturb the participants during quieter meditation portions. Selling food or drink items to be prepared onsite may require a license and a temporary food handlers permit. You are responsible for the collection and payment of any state sales tax, licensing, or permits.

Tear Down
After 4:00pm Sunday or once people disperse, you will be able to return your vehicle to the festival area for tear down. We strongly encourage our vendors to stay through the end of the festival. What we’ve experienced is that people wait till the end to make their purchases so they don’t have to lug them around. Please do not leave anything behind. We appreciate your efforts in maintaining the cleanliness of the retreat center.
